Special tea
Tea is the name of an aromatic drink that is usually obtained by pouring hot or boiling water on the leaves of the camellia sinensis plant, which is an evergreen plant native to East Asia [3]. After water, this drink is the most consumed drink in the world.
The name of this plant was pronounced as tea in the southern Chinese language and as tei in the northern Chinese language, and both are pronunciations of a single Chinese letter in ancient China. [5] The people of Western Europe got the name of this plant from the northern Chinese and the people of the Middle East and North Africa. They learned it from the southern Chinese.
The tea drink is made by steeping the processed leaves, buds or branches of the Camellia sinensis tea plant in hot water (close to boiling point) for a few minutes. Its processing can include oxidation, heating, drying and adding herbs, flowers, spices and other fruits to it.
Tea is a natural source of caffeine and antioxidants, but with almost no fat, carbohydrates or protein, it has a pleasant taste that is slightly bitter and astringent.
Tea is a popular drink in Iran; And most people consume it every day. Iranians also consider tea to cure fatigue.
